Lebeado Guarantee
You have the right to cancel an order for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods (Excluding worn, de-tagged Lebeado products, earrings (unless faulty), commissioned or specially designed jewelery pieces and accessories. The 14 days begins on the day after you receive the goods. To cancel the contract, you must inform us in writing and return the goods to us immediately in the same condition in which you received them. You are obliged to take care of the goods while they are in your possession. Please have a look at our 'Returns' policy for details of how to return goods to us.
Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the goods (or the faulty part of the item) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). Simply return the items to us unused and unworn. Please make sure you obtain and retain proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that go astray in the post.
Returns
We will happily refund any unworn and unused item, with the exception of earrings or any custom designed piece via post, or you can return items to our store. Simply return the unwanted item within 14 days, unused and with any labelling/packaging intact and we will assume your order is cancelled and we will refund the full amount to you or give you an exchange or credit note (as required).
If you would rather have replacement goods, Lebeado can arrange for delivery to you; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Lebeado and the delivery charges will apply in the usual way (except where we are replacing damaged or defective goods).
Please also let us have the completed form and details of the refund or exchange you require. Please tell us why you are returning the item - this ensures that we can improve our service and jewellery in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post.
Sorry we are currently not in a position to provide a free returns service our customers although this is something we are looking to offer very soon. On returned goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.
We endeavour to process postal return refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 21 working days.
Order Acceptance and Contract
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible. The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you at the address you provide us with. Acceptance will be complete at the time that we send this email to you. It's worth remembering that any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the confirmation email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site.
To securely receive payments over the internet, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information and payment details. We take security seriously and have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.
This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We welcome orders from most overseas and all BFPO addresses. Orders must be paid for by credit card only. Local import duties may be payable on receipt. VAT will be deducted where appropriate. Please note however that this site and its contents do not form an agreement between Lebeado and a customer in a jurisdiction in which the products offered for sale would go against any local, regional or national laws. If you know that it would be illegal for us to sell our products in your country, please do not order items from our site.
Delivery
We will notify you of the expected date of delivery and do our best to deliver the goods to you by that date to the address that you specify for delivery. If you do not supply an address, we will deliver the goods to the credit card address you provide us with. In the event that you are not available to receive the goods at the point when they were delivered, you will be responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods if they are held at the post office or delivery company's depot.
You will not be charged until the goods leave the warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.
- Standard delivery (3-6 working days, subject to stock availability) for UK, CI, IOM, BFPO: £3.00
- Next day delivery (orders placed before 3pm, subject to stock availability) UK mainland only: £7.00
- Western Europe: £8.00 for the first item, £2.50 for each subsequent item, up to a maximum £22.50.
- Rest of the World: £12.00 for the first item, £3.00 for each subsequent item, up to a maximum £30.00.
- Lebeado cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of your own import restrictions before placing an order.

No warranties or liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lebeado gives no warranties in relation to the website, in particular with limitation, any warranties regarding the accuracy of descriptions and illustrations of items in the website or in our catalogue or other IP infringement and freedom from viruses. We do our best to keep our site up to date but cannot guarantee that the site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, viruses or anything else that may have a harmful effect on your computer or any technology. Lebeado will also do its best to allow you uninterrupted access to the site 24 hours per day, but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. By using the site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with any necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment that you use in connection with Lebado's site. Of course, this statement does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
To the extent permitted by law, Lebeado will have no liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss (including loss of profit), cost or damage (whether indirect, consequential, or otherwise) suffered as a result of your use of the website or from use of information passed through the website, even if we are aware of the possibility of such loss. Lebeado's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price paid for the goods supplied by Lebeado to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. We do not however exclude or limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You must use the site for lawful purposes only. By registering with us you recognise that you are responsible for all access made to the site using any log in details that you provide us with. As with all passwords and usernames, it is important that you keep them confidential at all times.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be cut out of the terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions. Also, if we fail to enforce a right under these terms and conditions, it does not mean that we do not have the right to enforce other rights, or the same type of right at a later stage.

We want you to feel completely at ease doing business with us over the Internet. We know that security is a major concern to many of our customers and have therefore put a system in place that is far safer than giving your card to a waiter in a restaurant.
Shopping at Lebeado is safe and secure we use the latest technology (which is the industry standard security protocol) to protect your credit card details. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology encrypts all of your personal information into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process you will move into the secure area of our site. A warning window may pop up to notify you that you are entering this "safe" area. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from "http" to "https" to let you know you are in a secure area. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.
We do not store encrypted credit card details.

Hassle Free Returns
Unfortunately we cannot offer a free postal returns service at this stage. This is something we aim to do in the immediate future; however you can return your items to any store.
How to Return
Simply return the item within 14 days, unused and with the packaging intact and using the freepost label provided. Please also let us have the completed form and details of the refund or exchange you require. Please tell us why you are returning the kit - this ensures that we can improve our service and kit in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. Please allow up to 28 days for postal returns to be processed.
Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned earrings, unless faulty. Jewellery is only returnable if unworn and all tagging/labelling is in place. To ensure a safe return delivery please send back resin, glass, watch faces and anything delicate in their original packaging.
Christmas Returns Policy
Over the Christmas period we are happy to extend our 28 day policy. Just return your goods by 6th January 2008 with your completed returns form. If you’d prefer to return your goods to your local store don’t forget to take the despatch note as proof of purchase.
Delivery and Returns Legal Statement - Please Read Carefully
Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Lebeado will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required. On return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Lebeado and you requires that you return the goods to Lebeado on cancellation. Lebeado can arrange for delivery of replacement products to you if required; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Lebeado. In this case, a charge will be made by Lebeado for packing, handling and delivery of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can find your nearest store on our store search page. You can now return unworn items (excluding earrings, commissions or specially designed pieces) to any of our stores for a full refund, please take your despatch note with you as proof of purchase.
Anything less than a WOW! Will disappoint us! If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return it to us with your receipt within 28 days for an exchange or refund. For faulty merchandise, an exchange or refund will be offered within six months of purchase. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and we are unable to re-sell commissions or specially designed pieces, whether by you, or one of the L Team on Your behalf.
